Due to an unfortunate increase in last minute cancelations and no-show situations we have no choice but to introduce booking deposits for all of our services. Your booking will NOT be confirmed without receipt of your deposit payment. Deposits can be sent via PayPal using the link below or BACS (Contact Us for this information).
This booking deposit amount will be deducted from your final balance. This deposit is Non-refundable except when:
Appointments are cancelled or rescheduled by FastMaps Remapping.
Exceptional circumstances such as emergency medical treatment etc (we may ask for proof).

We understand that sometimes certain situations occur that mean an appointment cannot be adhered to, based on this we will allow an appointment to be rescheduled once if given 48 hours notice or more, if less than 48 hours notice is given we withhold the right to forfeit your deposit payment.
